V8 Vantage battery vent hole location

V8 Vantage battery vent hole location
Just changed the battery on my 2007 V8 Vantage, and didn't see where the battery vent tube pulled out from as I removed the old battery. Looking around near that side of the battery tray I can't see any hole where it would allow the tube to vent through the chassis, not without pulling up carpet, etc. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.
