I'd like to add BT streaming capabilities to my 07 V8 Vantage with premium sound. The previous owner had a rather a hacked together system in place that I removed upon purchasing the car. The MR12Volt system seems a less than ideal option as the company recommends against using their product in an Aston Martin due to some customer issues and complaints. I know that Aston Installations recommended the Gateway 500 for our cars, and the 500s BT adds streaming in addition to the features of the 500. Has anyone used one, and what has your experience been?

 

I've had the non-bluetooth Gateway 500 in my 2004 DB9 with Linn 950 system since 2014 and its been great since. I added a bluetooth dongle to my Ipod connecter a couple years back allowing me to use streaming as well. The Dension system is surely advisible.
