Hard starting, rattling, shutting off
I bought a Salvage 2005 DB9 to tinker with and the previous owner couldn’t get it running. No codes are showing.
It’s hard starting, but I think it’s got old gas and the plugs are fouled. I got it running but there are rattling noises once’s it’s running. It’ll run for a little bit and the rattling gets worse then it shuts down.
I don’t think it’s a spun bearing or bent rod clanking because the rattle doesn’t sound internal. I imagine it’s something with the driveshaft in the torque tube or perhaps the starter isn’t fully disengaging.
Anyone had experience with something like this?
