I had good luck sealing the AOS with some quality 2-component glue around the upper large diameter.

Thanks TR-Spider, it was a tough decision to put the car up for sale, but I think the right one. I've enjoyed my time with it, and hopefully it will go to someone who will treasure it long-term.
