2013 DB9 dead spider in headlight

Hello,
Has anyone had this issue and/or know how to remove the little buddy?
It is sitting at the very front of my headlight, very visible, very annoying.

Unfortunately you're probably going to need to take out the headlight and try to shake it out of whatever tiny hole it crawled through. If it's dead state is bigger than the hole, then you might need to take out the projector to make the exit larger. No easy way unfortunately.

Hi,
By projector, are you referring to the lens in front of the HID bulb?
Would the lens be sealed or would it pull out from the backside, I wonder?
I am thinking if I can gain access, even through a small hole, i could use a very long straw attached to a vacuum to suck it out.

this is my headlight type...

I would try a small nozzle and lots of dry compressed air after removal of the HID bulb. At least it may come out in pieces without removal of headlamp.

Yes, the projector is the housing that holds the glass, bulb, and reflector, as one unit. Now, I have never taken apart an Aston martin headlight, but most headlights are normally built with the projector as a separate unit that's bolted into the headlight assembly with ~4 screws. It might take some disassembly to get there, but there's a potential that this may be the easiest way, AFTER trying the straw method. There's probably a small weep hole (condensation hole) where the spider first crawled in; tape a straw to your vacuum cleaner and see if you can suck it out first.
