do nto trust these guys at quadis, car gallery, no formation, they plays with you, they still using the stamp aml and they lost the brand, they gave you a run around on the phone after you spent 20 k with them and stayed real cool. no loyalty from these j..rks.

when i contacted the dealer ex aston martin dealer in valencia, and thye gave me a run around 2 weeks, i wnated to know the quotes for 3 things, i sent 6 emails, i called them maybe 5 times and i never could know nothing, in 8 years they serviced my car and they never asked for a vin number, this time they asked my vin 3 times and never responded me, i was offended by their attitude and they forgot twice to screw back things underneath the car, i openned a thread on pistonheads to tell my story and i was banned for having 2 username they told me, i didnt even remembered i had 2 username but i often forget my password etc so it was why...i spent 20 k euros with this dealer and suddenly they played with me like this....quadis valencia, nobody has an aml formation there , they just hired people like this to work on cars. i thought i spent 14k but yesterday i counted all my invoices and its nbear 20k i spent, and if you see / heard them how they talked to me and played 2 weeks long not informing me nothing, you wont believe me, at the end the guy told me i will forward you to the part department, after 2 weks trials , but the part dept wont give me 3 quotes i needed....i wnated to know vat and the hours of service etc....one of the manager from barcelona same company contacted me and instead of taking my defense and resolved all, he was like them, telling me i was speaking bad, i was just reporting the run around they gave me and no help from the manager from barcelona, there is too many cars inside to trust them they can't do good. its simple. when i bought my car it was under warranty, i had a problem, i wnet there 7 tiems without success, andy palmer then sent his best tecnician 3 days in valencia to resolve the issue, they re good to do an oil change or brakes changes.....but if soemthign happen, nobody has formation, the manager a right wing spanish style, the kind that if you go 7 times for an issue they cant resolve and you ask them to lend you an oil tap/cover, the one you screw after filling up, to give a try to resolve the problem, they will tell you no sorry, then not long after they lost the brand. i got my electrical harness eaten by rats on the amoc forum Martin services was col and help us out to find out where it could be, and poiunted out the innner wheels, the dealer resolved the problem but they told me they spent 60 hours, and charged me 20 hours only, while it was right underneath the innerwhelel and it didnt take them that long, so i lost trust in them, the manager at that time has changed since....a new guy called Falmeone shows up and its him who gave me a run around 2 weeks, asking me to emails to dif emails address without responding what ever i do and despite my calls, i thought i should not insist like that. let valencia die, and its a dying city. quadis is a huge firm, with 40 cars brand like you see ofte in spain, they wons all, and if a car rband does discount, they try to skip it to make more money, they are like spanishs sharks like the politics you see today, not different. i m not into big corporates anymore. i suffered enough of these distribuidores in spain who rejected us so i know a lot about these type of guys. they re not rich for me. Since 1st of March i want do the brakes, then a friend who owns a garage here offered to help by mistake he ordered am pads he was charged 850 e for and got mad at me got refunded and have me wait weeks, i gave up. i will do it myself, in spain its like a club of old womens, if you have a dispute with one, they are all against you, their strentgh? its when there is no affinities at all, they could take 20k from me though but then they break like a cup of cristal.... i looked yesterday and i even drove less than i was thinking, i drove like 2000 kms in 2,5 years...imagine...maybe i could leave the oil filter in? and if the air filters were replaced 2000kms ago do, you think i need new ones? they even affected my dad 84 years old he was waiting i do the service and maybe visit them, a real bummer i wont forget, but its good to learn and grow and do it yourself. not depends on such. i do not trust anymore since, and its better this way, i hated before to not trust but its what i am pushed to do now.
