Good morning,
After not driving my Rapide for almost 2 weeks, I am having an issue with my rear driver-side window not scrolling down.
It wouldn't scroll down when I open the driver door or when I use the switch on the driver door or the rear door. There was a poc-poc-poc noise coming from inside the door panel (pardon my sound translation ) when I was opening the driver door. So I assume the car still knows it has to scroll down the window.
All 3 others windows function as they should.
I have removed and reinstalled the fuse in the cabin box, I cleared all DTC through the Foxwell scanner, but it still won't operate. However, there is no more sound when I open the driver door, or when I use the switch to scroll down. The noise is only present when I try to lift the window (even though it's in the full closed position).
Any idea what to check next?
Please don't tell me I need to remove the door panel and actually check on the motor
Thanks in advance for your help!
So I went ahead and removed the door panel to check on the motor.
The window is in the fully CLOSED position.
When I am trying to lower the window, nothing moves.
When I am trying to lift the window, I sense some "pulsations" inside the motor, but nothing moves.
Could that be the door module? Or rather the motor?

Have you tried a battery disconnect, Re-boot the entire car? I know you removed a fuse but with other modules communication they may need to be all reset.
I tried the "battery disconnect" (the push button under the rear seat) when removing the door panel to avoid any airbag issue.
Is that the one you're referring to? Or an actual physical disconnect on the battery terminals?
My new window regulator showed up so I gave it a try tonight.
I didn't feel like fussing around with the whole regulator assembly so I just stole the motor off it and reinstalled it on the existing regulator.
Everything works great now!
BTW: Does anybody know what that greenish part is for?
