How to prevent stalls?
How to prevent stalls?
I have lightweight engine components in my 2011 Vantage V8.
Carrillo pistons, Pauter chromoly rods, Porsche GT3 bearings on a precision balanced, polished and nitride hardened crank feeding a lightweight flywheel to a twin clutch.
So I get up to max horsepower really quickly, but when I put in the clutch at 7000 RPM the engine management can't handle the rapid fall in RPM and the engine stalls.
Is there a way to slow RPM drop?
I have Stuarts, Velocity AP tuning (and intake/headers/cats). Maybe there's a program available?

Have you asked Velocity about creating a tune specifically for your car? May need to get on a dyno and have them change parameters on the fly, but seems like they should be able to make it better. I have the standard Velocity tune on my car and it will still sometimes stall when I'm pulling into the garage when I'm having to feather the clutch and gas.
