This is just a curiosity Q - All the way back to the first paragraph; first problem with the evap issues - Did you check/or replace the carbon canister, and/or the leak detection pump? Sounds like you got the lines, the filler, the purge valves, but I might have missed these two in your write up.

Asking BC if the evap canister was really saturated and/or the leak detection pump failed, this MIGHT cause a fuel tank pressure situation...maybe.

Replaced 4x lead detection pumps. I kept getting different codes each time I replaced this pump, that is why I kept replacing them. Only after I replaced the Evap Fuel Lines (Purge valve) under the hood, did the eVap code go away.

I haven't replaced the canister. Maybe something I should try. I figured if it was something as simple as that, Aston Martin would have told me, when they had the car.

I think on a 2019 Vantage, you have the same canister and pump as on my DB11.

Looks like this:

Canister on the left, leak pump on the right

Yup. The leak pump I changed a few times. Just ordered the Canister. Will update if that solves the problem. It is probably the only part I haven't changed that has to do with the fuel system, so worth a try.

Might be a longshot, but hope it's not a dry hole for you. Canisters do get saturated and overloaded over time...mostly from overfilling the tank past the first click, but essentially, this is the breather for the tank.

That leak detection pump, BTW, is used on a number of cars. I think I bought mine on Amazon, or Rock Auto listed under an Audi but it was a while ago.

At this point I am open to trying out anything. Kind of hit a wall with this car. I should have the canister in next week (order already confirmed), so will try it out.

Yes, those leak detection pumps are all over. eBay and Amazon. I ordered them from both. Very easy to get those.

Another thing to consider. I'm assuming you're getting generic EVAP OBD codes via an aftermarket scanner. The one component that ONLY the 2019s have that can leak in a few spots and throw engine lights is the piping that sends some engine noise into the cabin. If yours has it, it will be bolted to the RF shock tower with tubes passing through the firewall. Worth a look?

Curious if you are using an original brand fuel pump or aftermarket or even Oem? I ask because 20 years ago a mechanic replaced the fuel pump on my older 911 SC with a compatible non original part and I think I had similar issues until I installed a genuine Porsche part.
