I have a 2015 DB9 and I'm going to replace the springs with H&R springs. Unbolting the bottom of the strut appears easy enough, but it appears that I need to remove the strut brace to unbolt the top of the strut. Any tips on how to unbolt the portion of the strut brace that connects to the rear bulkhead? I don't see any obvious bolts, but I haven't dissembled anything yet (figured I'd ask first). I'm guessing I need to remove the header trim panel around the windshield wipers (and also remove the wiper arms)?
No need to remove much of anything. There are a couple of rubber/plastic plugs that you have to prise off and the bolts connecting the brace to the rear are lurking underneath those plugs - accessible and unscrewed from the top. The strut comes off on one piece. See pics.
