It isn't all dealerships, there are some good ones out there, but its tough to know until you try, and you generally don't have many choices if you are unlucky. It should be easier to have a handle on dealerships when you only have a few, but somehow they don't.

For what it's worth I still think it's worth a shot. I've been speaking with Aston corporate for a few weeks now and they've been great to work with. At one point my contact did say something along the lines of "we don't have direct control over an Aston Certified bodyshop like we do with a dealer" so maybe they do have more power in your situation? I'd at least give them a call before trying the insurance route, always can use that as a Plan B.

if the coating has suffered, and i think aml policy should state something about it if your vehicule is immobile like this so long to keep the car indoor parked, its a no way, so they should understand it, leave appart the risk of vandalism on a peopboys parking lot, i will get back the car asap and return it when needed if you can drive it. aml should send a compensation for this treatment, sorry to say so, ask a cover or something to deduct the ceramic coating at least.

further away but call Patrick at Summit NJ. I stand behind their work. They got me through a nightmare 2019 vantage with electrical gremlins extraordinare.

They finally got AML to replace the entire cabin harness. I did an thread on the experience. Their tech Sal is legit.
They had my car off and on for 100 days and kept it pristine

Would be good to have a 1-10 rating matrix of the US Aston Martin dealerships by forum member experience.
