I'm happy you've had success. Nothing worse than waiting without accurate updates.

ML continues to send correspondence to me concerning a now 5-month delay. I handed the issue to my credit card company and have received my credit. ML now wants me to reverse the "charge back" so they can continue trying to fill the order. The emails are suspiciously AI chatbot-like. I've resorted to sarcastic responses to the ever-polite Lewis Clark. I may start asking about his expeditions.

That is frustrating and I'd probably do the same. I had issue's with AutoDoc before and they kept sending me in circles, constantly asked for more information (similar to an insurance company), which I continued to provide. Eventually did a charge-back after 2 months of back-and-forth... all of a sudden they were wanting to be helpful, which I ignored at that point and used scuderia.

I've been able to source several parts that are OEM equivalents and have installed and replaced them.
My gas door had an issue. It wouldn't release. I did the research, adjusted the door, lubed the plunger, etc. I decided to try a new solenoid in case mine was weak.

A company called ML Performance USA came up on many of my searches. Avoid these people like the plague. 4 months and 14 emails, no parts, no refunds. My wife finally escalated this to our credit card company for a refund. Crazy thing is, they are still sending me excuse emails and promotional spam.

P.S. I found a BMW equivalent part ($100 less expensive), installed and working!

Cheers
Lutz
