i'd like to get your opinions on which percentage i should get.. i'm debating between 35% or 50%.. which one do u recommend and why?

50% is almost useless and you will regret every minute of it. However, if you live in a state that aggressively pursues illegal window tint, 50% will be under the radar.
35% is perfect to me. Not too dark...not too light...keeps the heat out and most of the cops away.
Make sure you go metallized or ceramic. Traditional film just doesn't do much unless it's limo dark.

I've had both 35% and 50% done on different cars.
I personally prefer 50%, it looks more subtle and clean. I live in California and tint all my windows, so the lighter tint gives me less trouble.

As long as you get high quality tint, 35% will not be difficult to see out of at night.
However, if you plan on tinting your windshield, I would do just the windshield at %50 and the rest at 35%.
