Audi crappy warranty

I took my RS4 in because I started hearing this clunking noise under the floorboard during hard breaking and when ever I would pull in and out of parking spaces. Audi had the car for a couple of days and comes back to me and says that it was loose sub frame bolts ant that it is going to cost me a couple hours of labor and parts!!!!! I asked why and they told me that it was an adjustment and that adjustments are not covered after 6000 miles or 6 months. Why would audi not cover a Structural part of the car under warranty??

The dealership should have charged out some loc-tite (or similar) on the repair order to cover it under warranty, shame on them!

What concerns me more are the loose sub-frame bolts.......eeeeeeek!!!

Dude the warranty is comprehensive. I would write Audi of America on that one.

I agree. Part of my purchase was because of that service package. But this isn't a service package issue. This should have been covered on the bumper to bumper warranty.

dealers get bonuses if they stay under a specific number of warranty claims

Yeah, but they drive people away from the brand.
