AKR8 in response to your question, no I will not be in the next Gatorun. I did not care for how the last one was run. It was a free-for all. As it all closed out at the end with the law in Orlando. I do not need that crap. Nobody stayed together and there were no personal one on one runs. Nobody worked together.

it happens all the time. people bite our designs even steal our actual stock photos and use it on ebay, etc. lie bout making it in nyc, etc. I can't fight everyone. I try to take it as a compliment, but we've got into battles with other well known jewelers claiming our work. F it. I keep it pushing
as for HRE, it was a couple months bro. as stated. car was supposed to be showed off in exchange too (SEMA, etc) so instead, I had them turned around in less than a week for less money. the wheels and new PPI kit are on the car now minus the rear wing.

the sideskirts were painted in certain sections because I'm not crazy about having too much carbon on the car
when the wheels were finished and my kit is behind chillin waiting to be installed last week.

I think HRE wheels are some nice wheels but how can you say that HRE designed the classic mesh design. You can tell those PM wheels are not P40's. Maybe PM made a mistake on their website and they should correct that asap but I don't think they would ever try to sell their own wheels as HREs. PM is huge down in LA and in California for those out of the state. I have a set of COR Mesh Monoblocks and guess what they also look like a P40. A mesh really cant look that different and if it was then it nots a classic mesh then.
HRE is no different than most wheel companies these days. They might of been doing this longer but a forged block of alum iand a cnc machine is all the same. Nothing warrants HRE prices but their name. Same as any high end luxury item. If you beleive HRE is better than other wheels then you obvioulsy willing to pay their price tag and don't care that their are better wheels on the market for cheaper. How many times have you heard about a wheel falling apart (except SEVAS) I have had HRE's and many other wheels for many cars. Choose a brand that you trust for what you can afford.
So, don't go blasting PM cause I don't think that was their intention to sell fake HRE's or even pretend that they are HRE monoblocks. They have their own brand of wheels and although they might look similar to other designs what wheels doesn't. Every wheel company has a similar design to HRE line up. Certian designs sell and some don't. It would be smart to make a design that will sell

Sorry Hre, no offense to you but your lawyers cannot do a single thing to them. Their are to many wheels out there, and many companies use the same design. As long as they dont use your logo, which im pretty sure their not, they are good to go.
