My A4 at sunset (new pics)

Hey guys, I just wanted to share some pictures I took last weekend near the foothills just north of Fresno before sunset. I think they came out pretty nice despite the blinding sun setting behind the mountains.

Small world. Saw you on 168 going in the other direction as I was driving back from my place at Shaver Lake. Car looked good!

Thank you sir! I assume you are talking about Father's Day? What were you driving and where do you live?

Your car is just beautiful. The older B7 body style looks terribly outdated in comparison.

I was in a grey A8. Live in the Bay Area full time.

How is the car scene in Fresno?

I don't remember seeing you, but (thumbs up) for recognizing my car! It must be quite a trek from the Bay to Shaver. It's bad enough heading up from Fresno to Huntington.

The scene in Fresno is a mixed bag. There are lots of nice cars and exotics, but hardly any are modded (at least not tastefully, IMO). Our EuroSunday events are always filled with an excellent selection of rides, so you should try and swing through if you ever find yourself heading up to, or down from, Shaver on the first Sunday of the month.

Very nice car!

I got your p.m. and tried to respond but I guess I dont have enough posts (15) to able to respond.

Where did you get your car modded at? Where did you get your rims at?
I would p.m. these questions, but I cant.

Seriously, the difference is dramatic. The new B8 looks fantastic.

Awesome car, what color is that exterior color? I can't tell if it's the meteor or the quartz.

Thank you! It's Quartz. Meteor is MUCH darker and takes on an almost midnight blue color in the sunlight. Daytona is my favorite shade of grey in the Audi paint catalog, but unfortunately it was not available for the B8 A4 without a $2,500 special order charge.
