Picked up my S4 earlier this week.

I've been looking at S4s for a few months now and found one hell of a deal on this one. Me and a couple friends rented a plane and flew out to pick it up in Bozeman, MT. It's got the 7 speed Stronic transmission, Bang and Olufsen stereo, sport differential, woodgrain overlays, and alu-optic appearance package. I gotta say I love this thing already! I've already got over 1200 miles on it and I've only had it 4 days.

Straight out of the camera pics. Didn't feel like editing out all the poles and junk.

^Don't mind the lens flare, the seat really doesn't have an orange stain haha^
In a couple of the pics it looks like the one side of lights aren't on, I can assure you that they are. Also, all the dealer stuff is coming off as soon as my plates arrive.

Hehe, capturing LEDs with a camera is always tricky. Most people don't know this, but LEDs actually flicker consistently. The naked eye cannot perceive it, but a camera can capture it. Due to the framerate at which it records (24-30FPS), often times on video you'll see this LED flicker (Top Gear, car reviews, amateur YouTube video, etc.)

But, yeah, absolutely beautiful car. Congrats!

I figured that was something to do with it. The front shot with the LEDs was shot at 1/1250" so that would make sense. I'm absolutely in love with the car. I just got home from driving around in it with the ESP and ASR off and the sport differential in dynamic mode. This car handles amazing for being straight from the factory.

Yes, indeed it does. I sampled my buddy's white one, and it feels absolutely sensational through the corners. The differential really eliminates that feeling of the car wanting to understeer, and on top of that, since the power split is 60% at the rear, you can always mash the throttle a bit to get the rear to balance the turn a bit more.

Looks great, love the color. Mudflaps definitely need to go as mentioned above. Any mods planned like suspension or rims?

I got it for $47k which was about $800 over invoice. It is new. Mudflaps will come off in the spring, unfortunately there is a screw that holds the rear one on. I am wondering if I could just screw the screw back in after the mudflap is off?

I'd like to put a nice set of wheels/spacers (if needed) next summer. I plan on buying an intake within the next few weeks. I also plan on putting on an exhaust and chip when it is released.
