Help - Is this normal?

So I went for a quick blast on the way home from dropping off my brother. Hit well over 100 mph on a couple occasions but entire adventure didnt last more than 5 min. Take into consideration that I was at WOT a couple of times. Check out the red hot turbo, I know that some heating is normal but is this NORMAL?!?!? I've noticed it much in the past too...

Zoomed out view.

Yes, that's normal, just let your car run for a minute or so after hard driving...

Thanks for helping GoWide. And yes I did that, I usually let it cool down 3-5 min after spirited driving. I need a turbo timer.

Well, I just noticed the same thing, but mine glow more of an orange color, and you can only really see it when its dark outside. I was going a steady 180kph for about 3 minutes, and they were just glowing!

Jon - It's normally orangeish red but after a few minutes at full throttle in 4th and 5th gear, with the turbo working double time it turned a pinker shade. And yes it tends to be only visible at night, I just didn't know if it was bad for the turbo or not to be continuously that hot for a good amount of time.
