The Audi R8 is a unique car with a lot of potential. VF Engineering saw this and set out to add power and performance to the supercar. The goal was to improve throttle response and mid-to-top end power with a roots style supercharger.
The Eaton TVS 1900 was chosen as the perfect fit to the V8 version. With the entire VF Engineering setup including the air to water intercooler, the TVS 1900 runs around 7.5psi boost and is capable of adding 128hp and 120 ft lbs of torque.

Just had installed last week and all I can say is wow, what a huge difference.

Here it is, i'm not much of a picture taker. Stock filters look a little funny under windows but they said my evo v-flow filter kit had to come off

The big question that everyone wants to know; Does it keep up with the v10?

 

Keep up? it beats the V10. My car on dyno puts down more hp and tq than a V10. Here is a clip that VF has.

I didn't know Easton made SC.....Eaton however, that's a different story. 25 grand for a V-10 killer? Love it, and I bet it sounds amazing sitting inside the car! Hard to tell anything from that clip, too short and it wasn't even an equal rolling start. Any footage from a dig?
