cant wait to not have to fill up every 200 miles! i have a 997 turbo and this will be the perfect dd. Any opinions? its volcano gray pearl exterior and a black interior. Im excited to take delivery and maybe tune the ecu add tints and maybe a fe carbon fiber parts.

What kind of fuel economy are you getting?

I had an '02 Jetta TDi with 5speed manual and was achieving 52mpg+ hwy.
Another automatic I had would only get low/mid 40's hwy.

 

My business partner's wife has a 2010 Jetta TDI, and it will average 40 MPG in town! Their last road trip netted right at 50 MPG. You can get better, though, if you really make an effort. It should be a great DD, and you'll do well if the TDI Audi holds value anything like the TDI Jettas!

 

nice cars. i know what you mean not filling up the tank every few hundred miles. especially when it is cold out.

 

You won't regret it, Diesel torque and MPG is something you can look forward too. The new TDIs are very smooth engines, you'll love it for a DD.

 

Love the A3 TDIs, and I would love to get 50 mpg...
