What is a low mileage RS6 worth?

I know this one is priced a little high but it's for my brother and he loves the RS6... What would be a fair offer in today's market - http://globalautosports.com/car/2003-Audi-RS6AWD-Sedan-34793.html

normally low mileage RS6's are in the mid to high 30's.

The car does look to be in great condition, but I'm guessing the seller is asking a bit on the high side because of how much he loves the car. Realistically, I'd say high 30's, and it would be worth every penny.
