Need help in hopefully understanding why I can't seem to IMPORT a CD to my JUKEBOX. CD plays fine and appears on the list of available drives/sources to IMPORT, but none of the source choices including the CD is highlighted/white when scrolled through the list, and pressing the control **** has no effect. I've read the appropriate instructions in the manual ten times. Hope my question is clear. Any ideas? P.S. new car...first time I tried the JUKEBOX import feature.

 

on our 2010 s4, ive only been able to install the music on the jukebox via sd card and it stores it into the cars hard drive. never tried from a cd, but maybe it needs to be in mp3 form?

 

Thank you for your reply. I feel a little better, i.e. perhaps my unit is not malfunctioning given your limitations of only being able to use an SD card, but the instruction manual clearly implies a CD should be able to download. I'll keep researching the issue - thanks again!
