the 2104 RS5 may not even have wheels, so it's tough to say.
These are titanium so they're
a) really light
b) really expensive
It's a great way to say 'look...I shaved 4 lbs of rotating mass for $700'
When you think about it, people spend thousands on forged wheels to save what...5 lbs per wheel? So spening $750 to save 4 lbs is in line with buying a set of $3500 forged wheels where you save 5 lbs per corner.
People consider these bolts excessive but I think they make sense if you're at that point in your modification list that you're spending massive amounts for small gains. I wouldn't bother doing it on a car that didn't already have LW rotors, LW tires, tune, decat, exhaust etc.
