Installed Stasis/Koni Coilovers Yesterday
Just got them installed yesterday at KTR Performance in Ayer, MA.
I will post more impressions of the performance once I get some more miles on them and I figure out where I want to set the ride height. Initial impressions are that it is 10x as good as the factory sport suspension. Much better dampening and no more harsh. It should have come from the
factory this way.
I am still waiting for them to settle fully right now. Currently I am running a really hot reverse-rake. I will fine-tune the ride height next week and then get an alignment also.
PICS!
Just before the install:

During surgery:

Initial setting, this is at full low in the rear, we then adjusted it back up 1/2 or so inches

All done! Still gotta take some decent pics, this will do. It will look sick nasty with my summer BBS wheels.

Its actually Denim blue which was only available in 02-03 IIRC.
I did the regular GIAC flash a couple years ago and last spring I upgraded to the FX w/injectors. It really woke the car up and I would not have the car any other way. Stock, the car is pretty slow and with the flash it simply made the car much more driveable and fun.
It was definitely a big difference. I have dynoed my car a few times and those feelings were confirmed.

Thats the dyno plot from last august. It is a little screwy because the guy was having trouble with my tiptronic. Also, that particular dyno reads a little high. Take into account that drivetrain loss is really high with Quattros and the auto trans saps power. Figure 25-30% loss.
I had the original flash done by AWE Tuning at a VW/Audi car show called Waterfest 3 summers ago. The upgrade (and all of my service/performance work) was done at KTR Performance in Ayer, MA.
The specific "package" I have is called the FXK03 program(K03 denotes the kind of turbo). It includes injectors. In addition, I can switch between the regular pump program, stock, and a more aggressive one for race fuel using this:

Here is some info about the flash program:

And another dyno by someone else on a more conservative (read: more accurate) dyno. Figure about 220-230 hp crank/ 260-270 tq. Thats a big improvement over stock.
Here is some more info because that other dyno plot was denied.
Also, a new version of the software was recently released and it is really nice. Boost comes on nice and smooth. Anyways....

The rear was a bit saggy then haha.
I have the same suspension on my B7--as well as uprated sway bars. What are your impressions? And how is KTR/what do they charge for labor...I need to get my suspension adjusted for the incoming snow.
