Did the B7 RS4 get a mid model interior change?

Was searching for something and found two different pictures both labeled "2007 RS4 Interior" but with two different interiors, So it is mid model change for all B7's or what? This was the first pic I saw of the newer interior.

I think what you're seeing is some optional stuff like alcantarra seats, nav , and possibly one is the euro and the other US model ??? I can't explain the a/c vents though ...

I thought that too at first, but the entire dash and door panels and everything are different, I dont know if they Euro version gets a totally different interior or what

I was just about to chime in there. Just look at the door and the amount of power window controls. (4 v. 2)

Yeah so doesn't that mean the 1st one with circular vents is the sedan seeing as it has 4 buttons!?!?

No, it is a cab in the first pic. The other two switches are for the rear windows and the wide switch is for an all down switch. Why the sedan interior only has two buttons i dont know.
