Slilver/Charcoal 2005 E55 AMG Wagon

Hey guys,

I'm trying to gauge some interest for a possible sale of my 2005 E55 Wagon.

Some Details:
- It currently has 48,210 (90% freeway) miles as of this moment
- 12/04 Build date
- Service A & B completed at San Diego Mercedes Benz (service C due in ~1100 miles)
- Detailed once a week by either myself of one of my detailers here at our body shop. Clayed every month, full wax and polish every 6 months.
- Dynamic seats (airbags in seat bolsters to stabilize driver)
- Seat heaters and coolers
- Massaging seats
- No Parktronic, No Active Cruise
- Back seat has been sat in maybe 10 times
- No modifications, never been tracked, auto-x'd
- Never been in an accident of any kind

I'm asking $46,500 for the car.

It is the wagon, which is very rare. The car has been great, There are a couple small dings in the roof, and the front bumper most likely needs to be repainted (I can do that here as well).

Haha thank you. Yes it's been a great car so far. It gets a considerable amount of attention for being a completely stock car (I the AMG Wagon part influences that!)

Very cool ride. If it were in my price range for a daily, I'd seriously consider it!

What kind of gas mileage are you actually seeing out of this monster?

About 16-18 mpg...I'm sure it would be lower if it weren't a daily and all the miles weren't highway haha.

It does have the third row of seats. They have never been sat in, nor have they ever been put up!

The only dilemma I have now is I just checked my buyout on this car. Mercedes is asking ~$55,000 for it (which is ridiculous). So I'll see if I can make them an offer so I can sell this to someone for cheaper.

I'll keep you guys posted.

wow that rear end is lovely, would love to own one of those. even for the buy out at 55k, it's still not a bad price.

Very sweet ride and the ability to do 7-passenger seating is awesome!

I'm sure it's probably a reflection on the last picture....?

Any warranty left on the car? You mentioned you were interested in a e46 m3 but does it have to be white?

Yes that is only a reflection, does look a bit funny though. The only damage to the car is the two small dings in the roof (which I can have my paintless dent repair guy do) and rock chips in the front bumper (which I can re-paint here no problem).

Yes, the warranty is still available (I believe until 50,000 miles...not sure about the extended warranty though)

As for the M3, yes I am specifically looking for Alpine White...I need a break from black cars after the Range Rover!

thanks - yea I know what you mean about black cars! I don't like black cars but I've owned 4 of them over the years and I said no more after the m3.....

I'd love to get your e55 but first I have to sell / trade my m3.

gluck in your sale,
rick
