The EPA rating for the Z06 is 15 city, 24 highway. And that is best case scenario. Even though the EPA is much more conservative than they used to be, it's still tough to get EPA ratings during normal driving. And to get that 24 mpg, you would pretty much have to flatbed your car to the on-ramp and find a way to dump it off the truck at 65mph
With that being said, it's still impressive that they can pull off 24mpg on the highway in a 500hp car.
I'm still not buying that a blown Z06 with a built motor is getting better mileage than a stock car. Doesn't matter though. It's a really nice car and the price is right.

He put some Nitto DR 335's on it and seems to be happy with hooking at a roll. With the stock GY 325's it was a death trap.
