Orange or Yellow Gallardo would be my first choice.

GT3 second.

Was never a fan of the R8, or any Audi for that matter; they're all underpowered and the styling is lame - IMO.

Get a white R8 and supercharge it.

r8 and lambo will drawn attention from everyone. GT looks like most other 911's to the average Joe schmo so you would get far less attention.

Id go with the R8. Its a great car and preowned ones are out there at reasonable prices.

Great advice guys!

I'm taking the GT3 out since I'm not a track guy.

Although I had a yellow G, I did feel bad when I sold that car so I'll probably just get another one.

Orange or white this time around for the G....even on the Murci if I can pick one up for under $145K.

I can't believe the prices now. I sold my G for $128K earlier this year and now I see the 04s in the 90s. I unloaded at the right time I guess.

R8 is still possible if I can pick one up for 100K and below...white only.

Let the search begin....

What do you guys think about this deal? The pricing looks decent for a 2005. I'm debating on the green. I know verde ithica is a high demand color..but it's still lime green to me...don't know if I can pull that one off.

I just sold my 05 gallardo and am now getting into a gt3. Dont know if that helps ur decision. The gallardo was great but it was too attention grabbing so I let it go, I thought that was your initial reason for selling too? Anyways good luck !

Hi Roro,

Have you consider getting an Aston? it sure looks good, and will also make you look like 007.

I'm on the hunt for a Gallardo as well but I want an 2006 or newer. more hp, improved exhaust note, and updated gear ratios (and if you're getting e-gear, fewer clutch issues). Then again the R8's are cheaper, still under warranty, you can get an 07 for under $100k. decisions, decisions.

Funny you bring that up....I have a good friend selling a 2005 Aston Martin DB9 with 12k miles. Black on black for possibly low 80s. Is that a good deal?

R8 is cool this year, but the fins will not age well. Remember the don Johnson Testarossa?

Ro, why did you sell the first Gallardo? Since your more into looks, I suggest you get a white gallardo spyder, then let me borrow it.

Yes if it comes with a few years of extended warranty.
