with all these 700-800 hp cars recently in excellence or European car doing 11+ second quarter miles, could you not presume that Ruf's Nardo 590hp car that does 0-125 kph in 10 seconds, would beat all these cars in the quarter mile with the "stated" 590 hp?

 

Its difficult to say. As you can see from the high trap speeds of the cars at the shootout, the problem was getting off the line without excessive wheel hop/spin. At the last shootout, the Protomotive car ran a 10.7 1/4 mile
