2004 Porsche 996TT Cabriolet, Low Miles
2004 Porsche 996TT Cabriolet, Low Miles (possible trade)
Year: 2004
Make: Porsche
Model: 911
Price: $63000
Mileage: 11050
Color: Black
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): CA
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: 4WD & AWD
(Would also consider possible trade for 996TT, pre 1975 911/912. Modified is ok, turbo, RSR look, etc. Would also consider 356 coupe or cabrio.. stock or outlaw also OK.. must be in good shape)
Miles - 11,050
Ext. Color - Black
Int. Color - Black
Wheels - Techart Formula 19's. (I have the stock twists that have been polished with only 4,500 miles on them and the tires. The rims are brand new. I would recommend changing the tires since they are 7 years old if you plan on using them at high speeds).
Exhaust - I added an Agency Power exhaust around 3 months ago which I do like... very little drone and not too loud. I have the stock exhaust which will go with the car.
The car has never been tracked and has absolutely no modifications other than the wheels, exhaust and Dension Ipod unit.
This car was traded in by the previous owner with only 4,500 miles for an Audi R8. I spoke to him and he stated he missed the car and basically didn't drive it that much and wish he had more... he also told me he wished he didn't sell since he took such a hit on it's value on the R8.
Anyways, I love this car. I sold my last car on this forum not too long ago a restored black 930 and miss the car tremendously. I have decided that I would like to go a little older and try and find a decent 993TT. I was contemplating on trading for one but it never made sense on paper so I have decided to sell out right and then look once I am without a car again.
This car has a few options and as you can see it is in flawless condition. The only problem that I had with the car was the clutch accumulator and slave cylinder (most likely from sitting) which was changed out at 8,000 miles and has worked great since. Other than that there really isn't much to say. I have copied the options that came on the car below for you to look at. The carbon package from factory is tasteful but not too much. I have added a Dension unit so you can utilize your Ipod with the navigation system.
Options:
- Black N/C
- Black Full Leather N/C
- Black Top N/C
- U.S Standard Emissions N/C
- Carbon Package (Small) $2,120
- Remote CD Changer (6 Disc) $715
- Supple Leather Front and Rear $395
Exclusive Options:
- Belt Outlet B Pillar Carbon $320
- Storage Cmpt Lid W/Turbo Logo $265
- Black Mats - Porsche lettering $115
- Rear Center Console - Carbon $1,625
- Porsche Crest in Headrest $220
- Custom Tailoring inc.
Total Price: $135,000 on the sticker
This car is flawless. If I didn't have this need to purchase a 993TT I would not be selling. Own a very low mile 996TT Cabrio, no stories, well cared for less than 1/2 the price of new. The only other reason this thing has seen a shop is for yearly oil changes and the occasional dead battery. The car was originally purchased at the Auto Gallery in Woodland Hills, CA. The car currently is located in Central Valley, CA and has never seen rain.... at least since I have owned it.

A couple more pictures.
I tried to take some high resolution pics but when I arrived at the location my camera was dead... my wife and I are going to have a little chat about that one...
Anyways, here are a couple from my cell phone. Beautiful day for a drive. Sorry I couldn't get them in better quality.
Enjoy,
Bryan

You foot the bill for the 993TT and I will gladly keep this one.
I would consider getting a 993TT and a 993 cabrio... these can be found for a nice price if you have thew patience. We will see what happens with this car. This is the only place I'm advertising so... I am not completely ready to part with it. This is so much fun in this weather to drive.
Off to a local car show today I go. Thanks for all the kind words.

Bryan

Car is still available. Just finished lowering the vehicle with H&R Springs, purchased a Dog Bones kit from Sharkwerks ($600) to achieve oem alignment specs for USA 996TT, and just wrapping up a custom stereo install with Kenwood DNX9980HD along with new amplifier, speakers, etc... looks better than factory and the navigation is amazing.
I have been meaning to post pictures but have been doing the stereo in my spare time so it hasn't been that quick of an install.
The cost of just the stereo and speakers is around 3k... this will be added to the price of the car. I am not charging for any of my labor. I am also confident in my price of $63,000 before the stereo. If your friend is interested let me know.
Thanks,
Bryan

Update with Pics
Figured I would share what has been done to the car over the last few weeks.
1) Lowering springs from Eibach.
2) Dog Bones from Sharkwerks... helped me get back to stock rear camber of -1.4 for USA TT... it was at -3 when the springs were first put on.
3) Updated stereo with amp. I installed a Kenwood DNX 9980HD with Sirius installed as well. The radio, amplifier and bezel for the deck cost $2,200. I am adding this to the price of the car. I will not be charging for labor for this project. With Garmin NAV, Satellite radio, hands free phone, etc... along with many other options this was a no brainer.
Took a ride with the wife today. It was beautiful outside. The odometer reads 11,400 now. This will make someone very happy. Please email x98boardwell@yahoo.com if interested.
