The car currently has 66,800 and is in amazing mechanical shape. 2500 miles ago we had a Sachs stage 2+ clutch installed, along with a clutchmaster's LWFW. This was a necessary upgrade due to the k24s and tune. This car is now setup perfectly to handle the power safely and reliably.

Parking sensors
Leather stitched interior
Sunroof
Power seats
Modifications:
K24 turbos
FVD custom tune
5 bar fpr

4 Pilot Sport PS2s (235/40/18, 315/30/18) - 700mi
Oil change - 1500 mi
Clutch/LWFW - 1500mi
Spark Plugs - 1500mi
Fuel filter - 1500mi
Crankshaft seal - 1500mi
Coolant expansion tank/coolant flush - 1500mi
This car has been incredibly reliable and fun. We've never tracked it or taken it to the drag strip, only daily driving/spirited weekend driving. With the K24s, tune, LWFW, and exhaust setup, this turbo is very fast for having so few modifications (on the interstate it can pull on 750cc bikes). If we were to keep it, the only thing I would add to this setup would be suspension. It's a beast for having nearly all OEM parts.

Overall this car is in beautiful condition. There are 2 scratches/dings on the front driver's side quarter panel - I intend to get them touched up before the sale. I'll attach a picture to this post that shows the two scratches. Also, the front bumper was just repainted a week ago (i have the receipts for all the work and it was not because of an accident) due to the paint chipping off the front. The prior owner told me he had the front bumper repainted/along with a respray on the hood/around the headlights because the car was driven heavily on the interstate and had major rock chips/road rash. This is the reason we just had the front bumper resprayed, the base paint/primer was beginning to show under the chips/dings.
The bad:
Over the past year i've noticed that occasionally when downshifting from 3rd into 2nd i'll get a little grind. It's not bad and has only done it to be a few times, i always revv match so I honestly never have this problem. The only times i can replicate the issue is when going aggressively from 3rd to 2nd forcing it into gear without revv matching. Also, occasionally i get the "Spoiler Wing Failure" light when i go over 72mph and the wing extends. It still works, up and down, and can be manually controlled, but sometimes it doesn't automatically go down after getting back down to low speeds so it throws the warning light. Again, the wing and all its functions still work properly.
Other than these two things, the car is 100% mechanically sound. No oil leaks: we had the crank shaft seal replaced while the motor was out 2500miles ago and the mechanics went over the entire thing and fixed/replaced whatever was necessary to get it into tip top shape. So rest assured, you're not inheriting any problems.
In all, this is a beautiful car and an incredibly fun weekend/track car for those looking to get into that sort of thing. I daily drove it for over a year and it was great; the lwfw and clutch setup takes some getting used to at first but its by no means exhausting and the pedal pressure feels lighter than stock...also, there's no annoying flywheel chatter, its like stock as well.
We are located in Roanoke, VA. 24018

Tranny problems on 01-02 are well know & well documented. I questioned you about this on Ebay over the summer. A grind means a bad synchro, only gets worse over time, popping out of gear comes next. Porsche knows about it, won't do anything unless it was brought to their attention like 5 years ago.
I looked at one & the guy had receipts for over $18K from Porsche, included a clutch though and other stuff while you're in there.
Maybe could get it done for under $15K, I'd budget at least $12K.
You could make a case to rebuild the motor too while your there.
I love this car, but not enough to throw $15K at it.

Wonder if an offer of 30k would be fair and not bite me in the *** at the same time?

That said, I still believe that transmission issues have nothing to do with the actual part and all to do with abuse/power shifting/poor driving, followed by some instances of aftermarket clutches/shifters as well as poor installation/clutch adjustment causing issues over time.
You are correct on the prograssion though, the grinding will not go away and will get worse over time, so it's something I'd take into consideration.
