2001 996TT Tasteful Mods only 11k miles

Year: 2001
Make: Porsche
Model: 911
Price: $59900
Mileage: 11286
Color: Seal Grey
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): CA
Transmission: Manual

Thinking I want a Turbo Cab now so she's up for sale. I purchase this from another board member exactly one year ago with 8800 miles and have love every minute of ownership during the mod process. As stated in the title, mods are very tasteful and car ca be put back to 100% stock if so desired. Additionally, if a buyer only wants a stock vehicle, only then will I consider selling the mods individually. It currently (today) has 11286 miles.

Bilstein PSS10's (car is lowered to a level 26" at each fender)
EPL Tune
EuroPipe Stage 1 Quiet
997SSK Factory Short Shift Kit
997 Turbo 19" Wheels (7/14 spacers)
Michelin Pilots 80% tread (proper ratio for this car)
-- Fronts 235/35/19
-- Rears 315/25/19
Black Turbo Script
Silver Hood Crest
Silver Crest Wheels Caps
Blacked Out Exhaust Tips
Rear wiper delete

Since I am a true lover of great sound systems I installed a Kenwood DNX9980HD head unit that has Bluetooth/Nav/Sirius. In addition, Focal speakers/JL Subs/Kenwood digital Amp etc. This sound system is one of the best ones I have ever heard. A/C control has been relocated down in place of the factory stereo sound control option panel. All speakers were mounted behind stock grills and could be put back to stock very easily.

Last service less than 1000 miles ago by the Master Tech at my local Porsche dealer. Same Master Tech installed all the mods with the exception of the EPL tune which was already on the car when I purchased it.

Car is in excellent condition. No dings, dents etc. Always garaged and never smoked in. A visual inspection as well as a paint meter will confirm zero paintwork. However, 2 of the fender bolts under the hood seem to have been touched (breaking factory paint) so I am disclosing to the new buyer. With the exception of a tiny scratch on the right rear corner of the bumper cover, this car is near perfect condition.

I have a perfect set of factory 18" silver turbo twists that will go along with the car at my asking price. These wheels were refinished about 15 months ago and were only on the car for a couple hundred miles. They will be wrapped with a near new set of Yokohama Advans 98% tread.

All factory components in storage and will go to the new buyer.

I welcome a PPI inspection at the local dealer or your shop of choice. No disappointments.

Clean AZ title and current registration in hand. Car is currently in California.

Car is back to stock. Will start a new thread with pictures soon.

Here are the pics:

Fender Bolts

The pictures are of the top bolt just under the inspection cover on the passenger side. Next picture is the next bolt down on the same side. All of the bolts from this one to the front (4 total) show the same paint imperfection. The third picture is the how all the bolts are on the drivers side fender.
