I bought this car from a 6speeder in 2009. Selling now because I have a baby coming in 3 months.

In the 3 years I've owned the car, I've put on about 5,000 miles. The car is always garage kept. I've done the following:
-New steering rack: Zionsville Quick Ratio Conversion Kit (ST-3)
-UUC Double Shear Selector Rod
-1.9L Z3 Shift Kit
-Nardi classic suede steering wheel
-New alternator
-New battery
-New OEM engine mount
-New OEM DME
-New Bridgestone RE050A tires
-Changed all fluids
-Oil changes done with Motul

The previous owner did the following. I copied the following from the original for sale thread:

-A/C retrofited/recharged and lines replaced
-Oil leaks remedied
-New rear brakes
-New pulley/belts
-New Fuel pumps
-New blower motor(A/C)
-Timing chain tensioner upgrade(e36 M3)
-New Ground Control/Koni coilovers installed w/ camber plates. ($1500)
-Magnecor wires w/Gustave Bracket(NLA)
-New spark plugs/igniter
-Full Laser wheel alignment
-Rare staggered Mint 17x8.5/17x9.5 BBS RS 212/197 ($4k value)
-Eisenmann Cat back exhaust
-Reclinable Recaro seats w/ custom brackets
-Iigo 91 performance chip

Car was then brought to UACC(Atan's shop) to have some Evo bits installed
-Evo3 OEM undertray w/ Carbon Fiber(CF) splitter
-CF Evo3 adjustable rear wing
-CF DTM vented style mirrors
-side markers deleted(euro bumpers)
-OEM Euro Tow Hook covers
-OEM Evo hood/bumper seals
-OEM Euro front grills
-Hella Euro smiley headlights w/ wipers(non functional at this time)
-Startec Euro tail lights
-Evo CF brake ducts
-New Mtech illuminated shift ****
-New OEM Evo red seat belts Rront/Rear
-Euro rear headrests
