2013 BMW M3 Loaded.

Year: 2013
Make: BMW
Model: M3
Price: $63000
Mileage: 1700
Color: Jerez Black
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): NC
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive

Looking to sell this well equipped M3 for $63,000. I made a mistake thinking the lease was assumable, but it is not. Sorry for any confusion. The price I am selling at is still the least expensive M3 in the states. Thanks for looking.

I've transfered leases before with BMW, and if you go through their process and pay the ~$500 application fee, the person taking over will be responsible and you are no longer involved.

Lease transfers are a great way to get out of leases early

I just completed a transfer a few weeks ago as the seller.
It was a very easy and smooth process and we completed it within a week.
Consider advertising it on swapalease as well.
as mentioned above, once the process is complete, the loan goes off your credit history.

Thank you Persian. Good to know. I feel a little better about this now. I'd like to get this done, so this is what I can offer the next owner. $63000 buy out or $3500 cash and you take over the lease of $559 plus your tax. I'll pay the $500 transfer fee out of the proceeds.

As others mentioned - the lease transfer process is not too bad, I have done it in the past with BMW. GLWS OP

I have someone asking me how New York would handle the lease as far as taxes go. Anyone know?

best is to call BMW financial services and ask.
I am guessing the taxes will be added based on the new address where the vehicle will be registered.

BMW FS will confirm but, NYS requires all taxes for the duration of the lease paid in full upfront upon registration. Multiply payment X .08 X remainder of lease.
