I have a spare S54 motor to do exactly that. The car already has everything else to make 850hp. Can work the motor into the deal if someone would like.

Miles on a motor is not as important as a proper tune. If it's well taken care of I would not worry. I have a GS300 (2jz-n/a)with the original motor and 293,xxx mile on it I would not hesitate to turbo it if that was my goal. He has the right computer on it with lots of safety features.
