Maybe the universe is telling me to keep the car a bit longer. In the last 3 weeks KBB values have actually gone up on my car (for what its worth)

I made a deal on Friday with a buyer for my car. I drove an hour just to show him the car, we shook on a price and he agreed to pick it up Monday. He calls me Monday morning requesting an additional $500 off the car - I tell him ok because I've already taken the day off, but let him know at that price I'll be keeping the intake scoops and filters. Then 45 minutes before I'm supposed to meet him at the bank he calls again and says he wants another $2K off the car basically because he feels like it. Long story short he can go F himself and the car is still for sale. Which is a bummer for me since there are some good 911s for sale at the moment.

With all that said the current mileage is just shy of 48,000 and the new price is $33,400 (Below KBB retail and they don't even account for the upgrades or the fact that 6 Speed much rarer)

Well they say one door closes and another opens. I met the owner of Autobahn-Motorsports (BMW specialty shop in PA) at a meet over the weekend, I brought the car to his shop today for his team to look over it, and I think we've come to a deal

Its not done until its done, but he should be picking up the car on Monday or Tuesday.

 

Luckily not, I wouldn't expect that from anyone on the 6Speed
