VIDEO OF COLD START TODAY - Don't be scare of the white smoke its below freezing in the Mid-Atlantic
I am looking at replacements for my toy which I have enjoyed greatly. I have been quoted a price as a trade in, which is not that bad actually but I figured I would post it on here to see if anyone would be interested and get a better deal from me than buying it from a dealer. PM me for any questions.
It has...
HRE P-40 19 inch rims, polished face, black painted windows
Michelin Pilot Super Sports
RSC Touring Exhaust
RSC sport clutch
RSC ECU remap
Carbon Fiber Engine Cover

I have stock cats and a replacement HRE rim as well. Even though I hadn't considered it some have PM'd me about parting with my rims, and exhaust. PM me if interested in those items but I would also need your stock parts.
Usual wear in the front, rock chips etc, No accidents
Small crack on panel to the right of rear license plate
Wheels are in perfect condition, more pics soon

Ft. Washington 8 minutes south of the National Harbor. I have to take more pics, between the snow and salt, the car hasn't been out much. Also i am updating the mileage, turned it on today to see actual mileage and its higher than stated. The vehicle will also be getting its yearly maintenance and comprehensive checkup as soon as the weather permits.

A lot more pics on eBay , no reserve auction for one week. I don't expect such a vehicle to sell in 1 week but if it doesn't ill simply trade it in which is a less cumbersome transaction.
Unless you're already planning on violating the basic concept of a no-reserve auction, it will absolutely sell in a week. Whoever the high bidder is will get your car, regardless of the price. If you are saying that you will not honor that process, then I'm afraid you are likely open to legal action.
Oh no, its definitely a no reserve auction but the minimum price is 54900, there are currently 18 watchers and close to 300 views. Nobody has bid, so if it ends and nobody has bid, it hasn't sold. If it sells I see it happening at the last minute, where one of the watchers will go ahead and bid.

Gotcha - when I think no-reserve, I think it will go to the highest bidder, regardless of the price. This seems like just a different way to establish a reserve. You're upfront about it, I just misunderstood based on my own line of thinking. Good luck.
No Reserve = no set price. Your auction is NOT a No Reserve auction. Your RESERVE is $54900. That is a RESERVE SET auction. Your reserve just happens to be your min bid. Beautiful car either way. I would think the 50K trade value would make up most of the difference in tax savings against new.
