Cool car. Is there a long waiting list to get this car? What's up with the markup?

Yes, there was a waiting list and most have been delivered.
A few owners are still waiting for theirs to deliver..

Porsche produces these in very limited numbers and the markup is due to availability and demand. We paid well over MSRP to get this car as well.
Some see this as we're trying to make $100k profit but that is not the case..

Amazing piece of machinery. My buddy should get his in a month from the factory.

I heard a rumor that people were not allowed to sell their GT3RS once acquired for at least 6 months?

Ah that would be Ferrari and hence why you would NEVER see this from a Ferrari dealer. There are a million threads on what Porsche is doing wrong to control the flippers. They are out of control and the true Porsche fan is not getting these cars until they unfortunately bend over.

Having said that until the rules get fixed, nothing wrong with it. The debate rolls on if there is profit to be had, who deserves it. Money does crazy things to people.

customer does this and he is an investor, a dealership does it and they are viewed as thieves

Good luck with sale, looks awesome. I have no idea what it is worth, buyers and sellers will figure that out.

Ferrari owners just wait a year and do the exact same thing so they don't get blacklisted lol. There was a LaFerrari sold at 6 million MSRP was 1.5x~.

That's what happens when everyone wants a limited number car. It was no different then the last GT2RS or GT3RS.

Good luck with sale JWright Beautiful RS!
