2009 Aston Martin V8 Vantage
Year: 2009
Make: Aston Martin
Model: V8 Vantage
Price: $50000
Mileage: 24200
Color: Midnight Blue
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): NC
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
2009 Midnight Blue / Obsidian Black leather with subtle midnight blue stitching. Sport Package with all desirable options. Approximately 24,300 miles currently. I drive it near daily, so amount will increase slightly. I have owned the car for 18+ months and bought it from a fellow 6Speeder in 2014. He bought it used from Aston Martin Orlando and had the car brought to perfection by them prior to acquiring.
Exterior:
• Sportshift transmission with brand new factory installed clutch at 18,305 miles as part of CPO pre-inspection qualification when Aston Martin Orlando sold to previous owner. This is a MAJOR expense avoided going forward.
• Optional Sports Package – Upgraded 19” 5 Double-spoke wheels and sports suspension (the most desirable option for the Vantage)
• Silver painted brake calipers
• Bright Finish Grill
• High Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps (dipped beam) with power washers
• Powerfold mirrors
• Aston Martin car cover
• Battery tender
Interior:
• Full black leather
• Piano Black high gloss finish on upper center console
• Two (2) ECU glass keys - extra key is approx $1,000 - original ECU has a barely noticeable chip in the glass. Factory leather key pouch.
• Navigation system
• Satellite radio (Sirius / XM)
• Iphone / MP3 / USB connection (standard)
• 700 watt Premium Sound System
• Bluetooth
• Memory seats
• Cruise control
• Lamy pen
Car runs very well. No issues. I commute with it most days (13 miles round trip). Yes - it's quite capable and comfortable as a daily driver. It is a driver and as such has a few very small rock chips. The clear covering in front of the rear wheels is showing wear and could be replaced. The passenger airbag cover leather has pulled away and needs replaced.
I have the service records from Aston Martin for all work done previous to my ownership and have the receipts from my ownership period (work done by Foreign Cars Italia), which I am happy to share with potential buyers.
Recent work includes:
August 2015 @ 22,939 miles
Yearly maintenance (oil, belts, air intake, fluids, etc.) - $900
New front rotors and brakes - $1,385
Alignment - $300
New front Michelin Pilot Sports - $661
Throttle Level Campaign - recall/warranty work
November 2015
New thermostat, etc. - $729
Informed buyers know that the 2009 Vantage was completely redesigned, first and foremost with a new 4.7 liter 420 HP engine, an 11% increase in horsepower and a 15% increase in torque from the 4.3 liter 380 HP engine. Enhancements also included a redesigned suspension; completely new, modernized DBS center console with the Emotional Control Unit (ECU) glass key; improved navigation, phone, bluetooth, joystick interface software; and significantly upgraded Sportshift software mapping. For a complete overview of the upgrades to the 2009 model year, please see Grant Neal’s The Definitive Guide to the new Gaydon era Aston Martin. As this buyer’s guide outlines countless times, the 2009 is THE Vantage to buy due to the tremendous amount of upgrades in this model year.

Please PM with any questions.
I apologize for the picture quality and for the dirtiness of the car. This was after a week of commuting and no detailing was done in my haste to get this ad posted.

Nope.
$50,000 will get you a lot of driving pleasure and there are not many cars that have the looks. None at this price, for sure.
As I told one prospective buyer - I could have listed this much higher and then let them talk it down, but this is a very good price and there's no need to play games. Just a simple good deal to a buyer.

Thanks for the positive comments.
Can't believe it hasn't been snapped up. Someone mentioned that at that low of a price, something must be wrong with it. Nope. This is that "right place, right time" deal we all look for. I'd like to move it and will take a significant hit to make room for the GT4 - which landed in port Monday and will be at the dealership in 7-10 days. I have the dealer's trade in as a backstop, but would sure rather see it go to a 6Speeder who will drive it and enjoy it like I have.

Beautiful car and a great price!
Not sure if Foreign Cars Italia is the dealer you're referring to, but they've offered me some low ball offers on my cars as well. Are you in the Greensboro area or Charlotte area?

Dealers are a lot of fun. When you trying to sell them a car its a buyers market out there, nobody wants these cars, it looks like it was driven hard, has a checkered past, it will cost them a fortune to get into a salable condition, etc.
When you are buying a car they have 15 guys they are fighting off right now, everyone wants this gorgeous exotic, it was only driven softly, they have known all the owners, etc

FCI offered me a better trade in on the Aston when I was looking at an F430. But - this deal is a different dealership in NC.

Temporary price reduction
GT4 is at the dealer and I am planning to pick up this weekend. As such, I am open to reasonable offers for a transaction in the next week. If that doesn't result in a sale, I will keep it out here at the current price (which is still a very good price) and bide my time. Thanks.
