Yes sir, I had emailed him the day he listed it for sale 2 months ago. He wasn't interested in negotiating at the time. Not sure if things have changed or not for him.

I use SearchTempest. It's not as great as it used to be, as it appears that Google has restricted the amount of searches they can do at once, so it's slower now than it used to be. Also be aware that it will miss some of the results in each city, so it may not be a complete list. However, that being said, it's still a good tool to monitor CL nationwide as long as you know the limitations.
