+1 on that being a hell of a buy, but so is yours at your asking price if everything checks out!

Mods are an interesting value proposition on these -- stock/being able to pass CA smog can be worth a lot, as sexy as the mods are.

All that to say, you should be firm on your price or a higher one, IMHO.
