09 911 Turbo silver/cocoa 6spd $48k

Year: 2009
Make: Porsche
Model: 911
Price: $48000
Mileage: 54642
Color: Silver
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): FL
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: 4WD & AWD

I'm going to put this on Ebay but I figure I'd give a 6spd'r a chance at it first.
I'm selling my 09 911 Turbo 6spd, It has a rebuilt title from collision, I purchased it from auction and did the rebuilt so I've got all the details including pics, original estimate ect. The car was only totaled because the adjuster listed the engine plus labor @$90k

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have as I'm not in love with the idea of selling it and it may show in my effort to sell it

You are bidding on a 09 911 Turbo. This car is in great shape mechanically and cosmetically. It is sitting on 19" Forgestar CF5 (bronze) wrapped in almost new Bridgestone Potenza RE11, The car is lowered on Champion H&R springs. New battery 2016. Recent tune up service.
This car has a Florida Rebuilt title, It was totaled by insurance company after a collision that damaged a rear wheel and front bumper cover. I've got pictures of damage and the original repair estimate showing vehicle was a total loss after the adjuster wrongly added engine and transmission plus labor ($90k ) to the bill. I purchased the car from auction and replaced lower front lip and wheels, had vehicle aligned and serviced.
Mileage on the title is listed as not actual because of an obvious entry error that you can see on the cars history from 2013.
Mileage on this car will go up as I drive it when I have time.

Exterior: 9 of 10- Only known paint work is the front bumper cover. hood and fender have small ding from road debris(very minor)

Interior: 8 of 10 - Consistent with age. leather is in good condition, arm rest area of center console and key area have damage to cocoa finish as pictured.

Mechanical: 10 of 10 - No known problems, no leaks or noises

I'm in S. Florida once a week for business. Do you have any alignment sheets, that show that the vehicle lined up? My concern is that the unibody has been tweaked. PM me. Will be in the 561, 954 and 305 this week starting Thursday. If you were within the area, I would like to take a look in person, if you can verify alignment.

I never noticed and it's never had rear damage, quarter bumper and trunk line up perfectly with no paint work on them... I'll have to check that out when I get home. It's got to be the light not the body.

Seems like a heck of a deal given the little rebuild needed to get this back to spec. Cool color combo as well.

What am I missing? The pics on your link show the car in a impound yard / tow yard, with little to no damage... what specifically was damaged? I'm not fearful of a salvage title but more so of a flood car. Can you be more specific?
