2001 996 Turbo 6 speed tastefully modified

Year: 2001
Make: Porsche
Model: 911
Price: $1
Mileage: 116000
Color: Silver
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): NJ
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: 4WD & AWD

Regrettably, I am listing my 2001 996TT for sale. I have owned it for 4 years and put about 50k miles on it. It has been an absolute joy to own. I have done tasteful modifications that aim to make the driving experience more pure.

Basic details:
-116,500 miles approx.
-Arctic Silver over Metropol Blue (almost black) interior
-6 speed manual
-Located in NJ 07760

Modifications:

Engine:
-EPL Software, basic K16 flash 1.0 bar
-Fabspeed exhaust with high flow cats (nice sound, no drone and passes inspection)
-997.1 GT2 intercoolers
-Forge Motorsports diverter valves

Driveline:
-UMW clutch kit with 964 RS single mass flywheel
-996 GT2 hydraulic conversion
-Numeric short shifter

Suspension:
-KW V3 coilovers, corner balanced
-Eibach front and rear sway bars
-Rennline front drop links

Maintenance (going from most recent):
-Oil changes every 5k miles with Shell Rotella T6 10w40 and OEM filter
-12/2016 112k miles: Spoiler hydraulic system repaired, works flawlessly now. No leaks
-11/2016 112k miles: All 3 radiators replaced, OEM parts used
-4/2015 105k miles: Water pump and serpentine belt replaced, OEM parts used
-4/2015 105k miles: Steering rack and inner and outer tie rods replaced. Steering rack refurbished part. Alignment performed.
-9/2014 100k miles: Spark plugs and coils, transmission fluid, fuel filter
-5/2014 94k miles: New OEM rotors and pads all around, calipers repainted
-1/2014 92k miles: Clutch kit from UMW, 964RS ltw flywheel, GT2 hydraulic conversion, replaced bad diverter valve (fixed vac leak, secondary air fault codes fixed)
-9/2013 89k miles: New plenum and check valve, fixed boost leak
-9/2013 89k miles: KW V3 coilovers, Eibach F&R swaybars, alignment
-6/2013 86k miles: Front control arms, track arms, swaybar bushings

Known issues:
-Typical paint chips and light scratches
-Interior seat and steering wheel wear (was going to reupholster the steering wheel in alcantara but I will leave that up to the discretion of the next owner)
-There will probably be an accident on the carfax - about 2 years ago an old man backed into my front bumper at about 2 mph and I went through insurance to fix it. New bumper and respray later and good as new. Though now that bumper could use another respray due to normal road wear
-If it sits for about a week or more, there is a 2-3 second startup rattle while the engine builds oil pressure. I have been told this is normal, and it goes completely away in a matter of seconds. Just want to be transparent about it.
-Passenger seat recently stopped moving forward and back. Haven't dug into that yet to figure out why. Still reclines just fine.

Pics (Will add many more soon):

Sparrow is infamous around these parts
Judging by the service dates, is it safe to say the car was driven during the winter?

Very lightly, but it has been out in the winter a handful of times. However, the spoiler in January '16 was done in my garage so no it wasn't driven then. The clutch in Jan '14 was at a local shop, drove it there and back but not much more during that time.

Best of luck on the sale. Will you post a link to BaT when it goes up? I am always interested where the market is for a properly enjoyed Turbo. It amazes me how there is essentially a cliff when these hit 100k miles.

I missed bidding on the BaT auction because it triggered a fraud alert on my CC but if it falls through for any reason, let me know because I'd love a chance at it.
