I purchased this car from a Porsche enthusiast two and a half years ago. I have service records from 30,000 miles until present. I have taken the car on four 2000+ mile road trips during my ownership. The car has been an absolute blast to own and drive. Not a show car (rock chips aplenty) but an amazing driver. All maintenance/upgrades on the car have been performed at Parkhaus1 in Miami, FL. or by a Gold certified Porsche master technician. This was a weekend/day off driver with the goal of putting it on the track a few times a year. Unfortunately, I never found the time to do so. It's pretty much ready to be put on the track. The car is priced slightly below market as I need to move it.
$45,500 as is.
$42,500 with Recaro's removed and factory comfort seats reinstalled.
There is currently a lien on the car via penfed. I am willing to work with any potential buyer to make the purchase of this car as effortless and as easy as possible. Cheers.

I plan on pulling it out of the garage and giving it a wash and interior vacuum and wipedown for some more pics for interested buyers.
I have no service records which indicate they were done before my ownership. I have not had them done. 4 road trips to NC/TN/GA and back, all over 2k miles with no issues related to them.

Do you have the rear seats, factory exhaust, factory wheels?
Willing to sell without the rollbar as well?

Holy smokes it's way too hot outside. Ran out and snapped some quick ones.
The seats have 1 road trip under their belt. They are practically brand new. The roll bar is blemish free as far as I can tell as it went in with no visible blemishes or scratches on it. The interior shows wear consistent with the age of the car. The stock comfort seats (not pictured) are in very good condition with very little wear. Also pictured are the NEW yokohama tires for the rear that have not even been mounted yet.
Not a show car but it cleans up nice and has been super solid mechanically.

The rear seats are still in the car.
I do not have the factory exhaust. The car came with an after market stainless steel exhaust that I could not identify and I sold it a few months ago. The straight pipes are absolutely loud BUT louder outside the car. They are surprisingly "okay" on road trips. Most pictures you'll see my wife with me and she tolerated it just fine, for what that is worth.
The car also came with a set of wheels that I replaced with some hollow spoke twists but I also sold those after purchasing the HRE's. There is a set being sold on rennlist for 900$ by 911-AL that would be great to get the car home if a buyer would like the car without the HRE's.
I am willing to sell without the rollbar as well. Removing the bar will require at least one half day (about ~3 hours).
Obviously whatever parts the new owner wishes to not have will reduce my asking price on the car.

I think it's priced pretty fairly. The amount of interest I have gotten thus far makes me think the same. I haven't driven it much lately unfortunately. Eases the pain of selling it a bit if I can try to forget how much fun it is.
And thanks.

AFAIK, the seat brackets include provisions for mounting the sub straps of the 6pt belts.
It appears most potential buyers thus far want something closer to stock so I will likely remove the seats and cage to part out and re-install a stock exhaust sometime over the next week in order to get the car sold.
