I'm located in San Francisco and yes it's a 3 spoke black steering wheel. You can see the wing in the 996 sec under c4s unusual wing application.

The wing is artic silver but it's not on the car anymore. It's the pic of the wing and front lip on sharky's floor.

By the way guys, I'm throwing in the ruf front lip for free with this purchase because it's crack pretty bad. I'm not sure if it's repairable but what the heck it's free.
