Due to a move/relocation coming up, I am putting up for sale probably one of the best built and well cared for 997 Turbos in the country. Many of you have followed my build thread on this, see attached link below with all of the details. I have well over $70k to $100k in modification/enhancements to the car. Probably one of the best cars ever owned for street and track use. I am pricing it to sell pretty fast so there will be little negotiations, please only reach out if you are a serious buyer. If you are the kind of buyer that's wants a stock 997, DME report hysteria, this car is not for you. I have meticulously cared for this car over the past 4 years and those in the Ohio area know it very well and can attest to it's condition and performance.

Brief Summary of Modification Details:
The reason the engine build work was done was due to one the sleeves in the cams spun which is a common issue with 997 turbos. While we needed to pin the cams, with the engine out, we decided to go all in on the build. Sam Ahdoot at By Design managed the entire build in CA as I shipped the car to him and John Bray did the engine build himself. I know they both completely stand behind this car.
Here's complete listing of engine and add ons at the time of the build which was at 28k miles. I've put over 10k miles on the build with no issues. I did replace one of the GT2 turbos with a new one in late 2019 and refurbished the other when while we were at it.
In addition to what is listed below, there were things already done to the car: Coolant lines are already pinned/replaced, complete techart body kit which is pretty expensive from factory, larger turbo inlet silicone pipes.
While engine below is built to 1200 hp capability, the car is currently tuned conservatively at about 800 crank horsepower on 93 pump gas and the E85 file pushed up to around 900 crank horsepower. While you can definitely go bigger turbos with this build, we wanted to keep the VTG architecture, no boost gauges, blow off valves or anything like that. Performs stock like but better than cars 2 to 3 times it's value. It has plenty range to rev up to almost 8k rpm and the full Kline catless exhaust has one of the best exhaust notes I've ever heard on a 997 turbo.
