Looking for Vantage in CA with lic plate OO7 VNTG

I'm looking for my old 2007 V8 Vantage. Last sold by CNC Motors in California about 3 years ago. CA license plate read OO7 VNTG. Anyone here have it or seen it?

Thanks

I can tell you from long experience with DMV that they are terrible about updating their personalized plates. It's quite possible the car it was on was sold out of state and the plate should become available again. However it can be a long wait for their unit to get around to it. It used to be you could contact the "Special Plate Unit" but I'm unsure it such a thing exists at this point. Good luck hunting.

Based on CA smog check records, the car is still in CA as of last year but with different plates.

Interesting. A CarFax would tell us. 1-Sold it and new owner didn't want the plates and/or the person with the rights to the plate retained them. I've got a couple of very long term plates that have been on more than one car - sometimes with several years between active use [you still have to pay the fees] . I believe that our OP can, for a small fee, fill out a DMV form explaining why he would want to know the name/address of the plate owner and perhaps contact him direct. Things keep changing so who knows.
