As stated in the title, got a pair of standard black seats coming out of my turbo next friday. The seats have about 15k miles of use, w/ heat, gray stitching and memory, no stains, no rips, no scratches, just your usual leather wrinkles. These seats are in excellent shape.

I'm located in San Diego, California. I know these seats go for 600-700 bucks on ebay + some rediculous shipping costs, so i'm hoping to fetch about 700 obo plus shipping for these seats. found a pair of sport seats. not 100% certain if i wanna swap or keep the stock and sell the sport seats... if anyone is interested in sport seats, i'm looking for 1600 plus shipping. seats are 500 miles used. black w/o heat w/o lumbar w/o memory, power seat/back

 

Do you happen to know the weight difference of the sport seats compared to the regular seats??

 

i know it's only slightly lighter than the stock seats because the sport seat retained most of the power functions which are the heavy parts. I'd say maybe 10-15lbs lighter at best.

Someone will have to verify that. From what most people have said, the sport seat is a better compromise of comfort and sport because it holds you in better, and without the non-essential amenities.

 

It's been a while since I did a swap, but I recall the weight difference to be around 8lbs. each.
