2002 Shifter kart

2002 GP5 CR125cc shifter kart

Has a 99 CR125 motor that was done by Mike Bellew, the top end was redone to be reliable by Carlson Bogan.

new 50mm axle, new RLV silencer, new T3 pipe (10 races), exhaust manifold with o-rings, programmable Vortex ignition, Vforce3 reed assembly with reeds in excellent shape, C&R radiator, new piston, ring, wrist pin, Modified Kehein carb with dual fuel pumps for pump around, and a new Tillett seat.


Frame, in great condition, this frame was just looked over for 7 hours by 2 guys at a local shop. It is perfectly straight, no cracks.

Numerous brake shims
6 clutch friction discs and floaters
1 17 tooth driver gear
1 23 tooth sprocket
3 sidepods
3 noses
1 floorpan
1 NEW clutch cable
1 NEW coil
2 carb needles(CCJ, CGJ)
4 pilot jets(48, 50, 52, 55)
9 main jets(155, 158, 162, 165, 168, 170, 172, 175, 178)
1 exhaust manifold
1 intake manifold
1 RS piston, ring, wrist pin and bearing (6 races)
1 NEW cylinder gasket
1 intake manifold gasket
2sets of used Bridgestone YHC tires
1 set used MG Green tires
1 steering rod with steering wheel and clutch lever
5 front spindles
2 front brake rotors and hubs
2 steering connecting rods
1 rear brake rotor and brake hub for 50mm axle
1 rear brake rotor and brake hub for 40mm axle
Extra brake caliper hardware
2 used Vforce 3 reeds

Must sell, going away to college. 3,999 obo.

It's located in Ohio. But this probably isn't a good one for stock moto, depends on the rules in your area. This motor has been done from top to bottom. My motor builder said to change the ring in about 20 hours, it has 3 on it now. Then rebuild the top end about 20 hours after that. According to him it's good to go for a pretty long time.

yeah we have a modified ICC moto class that runs with stock icc...

my friends lookin to get into stock moto.

Oh man that is sick. I just bought a Rotax a few months ago and wish this deal would have been around then.
