I would love to pick up a set of used ssr gt3's for my NB 996. Anyone got a spare set laying around they want to get rid of???

 

This was such a horrible wheel because of bending. BMW boards reffered to SSR as Super Soft Rims. Not sure why you want them when for a little more you can get BBS true forged wheels.

 

i wasnt aware they had such problems...i love the style, and a few guys from this board have em??? HRM...i was under the impression they were pretty decent...damn

 

I think for the money they are one of the best wheels out there. I have had two set's and never bent a rim. I live in Jersey and go into the city, track , and plenty of meets and they have held up extremely well. KPV just bought my set and I'm kicking myself for having sold them because they are no longer available in 19's. KPV has his older SSR's available in the light silver center available, you may want to pm him.

I have 19" SSRs in NYC and have never had any problems. I love these wheels. Hope you find a set.

I have the 18's and havent had a problem. I love them, and for the price you can't beat em.
